McDonald's Racing - Oscar's Lovin' It

 Today we have a 1993 Mattel Hot Wheels McDonald's #17 stock car.  This car was a give away with Happy Meals.  There were eight total cars in this give away, and this Thunderbird is one of the coolest.  It construction materials feel a bit cheaper than a standard hot wheels car - Oscar noticed that it felt lighter and more like cheaper plastic than other cars made by Hot Wheels.


Oscar chose this car because he "loves McDonald's" and thinks "they have yummy food."  This car has different wheels than Oscar is used to, meaning that it is "rare" compared to Oscar's other cars.


There are eight different McDonald's racing cars in this series, and Oscar is on the look out to add others to his museum, in particular the dragster.

This 2018 Hot Wheels car features a Mercedes Benz Search and Rescue vehicle.  This truck made in Malaysia, is numbered HS-RSQ.  Oscar says "I like the two extra wheels in the back." This car was a recent purchase during a trip to Meijer.  All of the wheels look very strong according to Oscar, and in honor of his mother Oscar imagines that this vehicle has heated seats. Oscar wants to add that this truck looks really realistic.

Spongebob Fire Truck

 Today we offer up a 2003 Matchbox SpongeBob Squarepants 4x4 Fire Truck! Oscar says that this first picture is the best picture because it has a lot of light on it, but not too much (he takes all the pictures for the museum).   Oscar adds that this car is cool because it has big wheels to go fast.  It runs best on carpet.

Hot Wheels 24 H Prototype - The Need for Speed

 Oscar has created a new competition to see which car has the honor of making the next blog post.  This process involves eight cars racing around the coffee table in two heats of four.  The winners of the heats make the final, and this first event has a winner - this 24H Prototype.   Oscar imagines that this car is so hot in has to have air conditioning.  It is a matte finish and Oscar thinks it looks like a very sporty car. Oscar says that the bottom of the car is a beautiful red.
